Violent disorder
An offence that is committed when three or more people – who are present together – knowingly use, or knowingly threaten to use unlawful violence. Their collective conduct must be severe enough to cause another (reasonable) person to be afraid for his or her own safety. Violent disorder may be committed in public as well as in private places.
